Exclusive football camps in Japan for select youth players aged 10–18. Train alongside Japanese clubs, experience J-League level coaching, and unlock the methodology behind Asia's most dominant football nation.
Japan produces more elite footballers per capita than almost any country on earth. Here's why training in Japan gives young players an unfair advantage.
Japan's player development system is one of the most structured in the world — from elementary school clubs to J-League academies. Over 1 million youth players registered, with pathways to professional football at every level.
Japan currently has 60+ players competing in Europe's top leagues. The training philosophy emphasizing technique, intelligence, and tactical discipline is exactly what European clubs seek in young talent.
Japanese football culture teaches respect, teamwork, and mental toughness alongside technical skills. Players learn to clean their own locker rooms, maintain equipment, and hold themselves to the highest standards — on and off the pitch.
Each program is tailored to a specific stage of development. All camps are limited to small groups to ensure personal attention from our coaching staff. Admission is by application only.
Camps run three times a year, aligned with Japan's football calendar and school holidays across Asia.
Cherry blossom season. J-League season just kicked off. Perfect weather for football and cultural immersion.
The longest camp window. Japanese clubs are in mid-season form. Ideal for extended 2–3 week programs.
Watch the legendary All Japan High School Football Tournament — the "Koshien of Football" — up close and in person.
At age 10, Rui left Japan for Spain to pursue his dream of professional football. He spent six years training in the environment of Atlético Madrid, competing in Spain's football system before returning to Japan.
After graduating from Keio University (SFC), he founded StayDream Group to help young players pursue football abroad — just as he once did. Today, StayDream has helped 13 players sign professional contracts across Spain, Germany, Australia, and Korea.
Now, he's opening the door in the other direction — bringing the world's young talent to experience Japan's extraordinary football development system firsthand.
Football is becoming borderless, and the era when players develop solely within one country is over. The best players of the future will be those who've experienced multiple football cultures.
Most Asian countries (Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, etc.) have visa-free agreements with Japan for stays up to 15–90 days. Chinese nationals require a short-stay visa — we provide full support for the application process, including invitation letters and itinerary documentation.
Not at all. Every camp includes dedicated language support staff who speak your language (Thai, Chinese, Korean, or English). All coaching sessions are interpreted in real-time, and we provide a football-specific vocabulary guide before arrival.
For players aged 10–14, we strongly recommend a parent or guardian accompany them. For ages 15–18, players can participate independently — our staff provides 24/7 supervision and support. Parent accommodation packages are available.
Overseas travel insurance is mandatory for all participants (we help you arrange this). We have partnerships with local medical facilities, and our staff are trained in first aid. Japan's healthcare system is world-class and highly accessible.
Our Standard and Elite programs include individual assessment reports from licensed coaches. Exceptional players may be recommended for longer-term training programs or connected with our partner club network. However, we believe in development first — the camp is designed to make your child a better player, regardless of scouting outcomes.
All programs include: accommodation, daily meals, all training sessions and matches, language support staff, J-League match tickets (when available), cultural activities, airport transfers, and travel insurance coordination. International flights are not included.
