Built by someone who lived both paths
RUY MIYAGAWA
CEO & FOUNDER
At age 10, Ruy left Japan for Spain. He spent six years training in the environment of Atlético Madrid, competing in Spain's football system before returning to Japan.
He played for Ryutsu Keizai University Kashiwa High School — one of Japan's most famous football high schools — then graduated from Keio University before signing a professional contract in Spain.
In 2019, he founded StayDream Group to help young players pursue football abroad. Today, the company has helped 13+ players sign professional contracts and now brings the world's young talent to experience Japan's football development system firsthand.
