HEAD COACH

HARUO HIROYAMA

Former Verdy Kawasaki (now Tokyo Verdy) player and Shizuoka Gakuen graduate — Japan's most prestigious technique-focused football school. After his playing career, he trained in Brazilian futsal before founding Esporte Clube Fujisawa in 1998.

As a technical advisor, he helped Seiwa Gakuen reach the National High School Championship within 9 years of founding their program — building what became known as Japan's "dribble army." He has since advised national-level programs across Japan, including Kagoshima Jitsugyo and Toyokawa High School. He is also a published author of five coaching books on dribbling and 1v1 technique.

  • Verdy Kawasaki (Tokyo Verdy) — former player
  • Shizuoka Gakuen — graduate
  • PSTC Londrina (Brazil) — futsal
  • Esporte Clube Fujisawa — founder (1998)
  • Technical advisor to 5+ high school programs
  • Author of 5 coaching books on dribbling & 1v1
  • JFA B-License
REAL. NOT TOURISTIC.
01

REAL, NOT TOURISTIC

You train inside existing Japanese teams, not a camp built for foreigners. Both programs share the same technique-first coaching DNA built by Haruo Hiroyama.

02

PROVEN OPERATION

In July 2026 we completed a 2-week individual training placement for a 15-year-old international player at a J1 League club, with full interpreter and family support.

03

A FIRST STEP, NOT A ONE-OFF

Strong performers may be invited to our long-term programs (high school pathway / club placement).
